Absolutely. All inflatables and rental equipment are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before and after every rental. Safety and cleanliness are top priorities for us.
Safety comes first. If weather conditions are unsafe (high winds, heavy rain, etc.), we allow free rescheduling or cancellation. We’ll work with you to find the best solution for your event.
We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or indoors. Please let us know your surface type in advance so we can bring the right anchors and setup materials.
Minor wear and tear is expected and covered. However, significant damage due to negligence or misuse may result in repair or replacement fees. We’ll walk you through proper usage before your event.
